Access and Stairs Please read before you come

We want everyone to know this before they come, so it doesn't spoil the day.

Stairs only

• googoo is on the 3rd floor of the Daisho Kichijoji Building.
• There is no lift, and the stairs are narrow.

If you use a wheelchair, have difficulty with stairs, or are bringing a pushchair, please contact us before your visit. Phone: 070-8525-0587 (11:00–19:00, Japan time).

Other things to know

• Children of elementary-school age and younger must always be with an adult.
• Allergies: you will be in the same room as the meerkats and touching them directly, so please decide based on how you feel.
• There is no parking; please use a nearby coin car park.
