This page is for travel agents and tour groups. The cancellation policy on this page applies to bookings made by travel agents and groups.
Cancellation and changes (travel agents and groups)
- Regular sessions: free changes and cancellation up to the day before the visit.
- Private hire: free cancellation up to 2 weeks before the visit; after that, please contact us.
Booking
- Regular sessions can be booked online in English — booking page. For 25 people or more, please contact us.
- Private hire (from one person up to 16 people, 26,400 yen per 30 minutes tax included, plus one drink per person) is booked by phone or LINE — see Private hire.

What your guests should know
- Access: 3rd floor, no lift, narrow stairs — Access and stairs
- Rules: accessories in a locker, no food, drink or small items brought in, no flash, no live streaming — House rules
- Children: no age limit; children of elementary-school age and younger must be with an adult.
- Payment: cash (JPY), major credit cards and QR payments — Paying at googoo

- No. It is on the 3rd floor, there is no lift and the stairs are narrow.
