Visiting googoo Alone Solo guests are welcome
Published 5 October 2026 / Meerkat Cafe googoo, Kichijoji, Tokyo
Travelling alone or just want some quiet time? Solo guests are welcome at googoo. You can come in from 30 minutes (1,650 yen, tax included) at the normal price.
Why a solo visit works
With no one to chat to, you have more time simply to watch. Meerkats live in groups, and the longer you sit quietly, the more you notice how the group moves around the room.
Three things to check
- Booking — we recommend booking, especially on weekends and public holidays.
- Length — 30 minutes is a good first visit.
- Photos — welcome, but no flash and no live streaming.
