What are the three steps?

Step 1: read and agree to our request. Step 2: choose the number of adults and children, then the date and time. Step 3: choose a plan (30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes). Then follow the on-screen instructions.

How much does it cost?

30 minutes 1,650 yen, 60 minutes 3,300 yen, 90 minutes 4,950 yen, 120 minutes 6,600 yen per person, plus a one-drink order per person (from 550 yen). Prices include tax.

Can I change my menu after check-in?

Once you have checked in and started your visit, menu changes are not possible. Please confirm with our staff before check-in.

How early should I arrive?

How to Book googoo in English Three steps on the web — no LINE, no app

You can book googoo on our English booking page. It works in a normal web browser. No LINE account and no app are required. The page has three steps, shown below in the order you will see them.

Step 1 — Read and agree to "Our request"

The "I agree" box is marked "Required". The request says:

This cafe is designed for interacting with animals. If you are uncomfortable interacting with animals or being approached by them, please do not enter (anyone in your group who feels this way will need to wait outside).
Children who cannot follow the instructions of their guardian or staff may be asked to leave. This also applies if they become scared and cry, so please discuss this as a family before visiting.
Once you have checked in and started, menu changes are not possible.
Each guest orders one drink (from 550 yen). An optional feeding experience is 330 yen.
Please arrive 5 minutes early. Staff explain the handling rules before your time starts.

Interaction goes at the meerkats' own pace — they are never made to approach anyone, so some visits are quieter than others. If you expect to pet the animals at your own pace or approach them yourself, this is not the place for you.

Step 2 — Reservation conditions

Choose the number of adults and children, then use "Filter by reservation date and time" to pick your date and time. For groups of 25 or more, please contact us.

Step 3 — Select a plan

Plans are by length of stay (per person, tax included, plus one drink per person from 550 yen):

30 minutes — 1,650 yen
60 minutes — 3,300 yen
90 minutes — 4,950 yen
120 minutes — 6,600 yen

These are the basic plans. Other plans are shown on the booking page. For example, 30 minutes plus one drink is from 2,200 yen per person (tax included).

3F Daisho Kichijoji Building, 1-5-4 Kichijoji Minamicho, Musashino-shi, Tokyo 180-0003 — one minute on foot from the Park Exit of Kichijoji Station. Open 11:00–19:00 (last entry 18:30 for 30 minutes).
